Knowing what workout is best for you can be tricky! I have done boot camp, zumba, 9 rounds, and more. All of them have been great, but different, and through them you can achieve different goals. Right now I am trying to tone my muscles, so I am lifting weights. I have found a great FREE workout plan that I have really enjoyed and I am seeing some great results! www.bodybuilding.com has a bunch of free workout plans that you can use to achieve whatever goal you are reaching for. I am doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer-Your 12-Week Transformation Plan! She is so great! It starts out easy to get your body used to lifting weights and as the weeks go on they get harder. I love that the workouts are different every day and everyday you are working out a different part of your body! Watch out for leg day it's a killer ;)
