Hey everyone!

My name is Katelyn and I am a mom and wife trying to love on my family, eat healthy, and keep it simple. Like most moms, having a baby changed my body! Over the past 5 months I have lost 35 pounds and gone from a size 12 to a size 4! I have learned some tricks to eat healthy and stay lean without going on any crazy fad diet or starving myself, I love food way to much for that! I am also work full time as a 4th grade teacher, so if I can do it, so can you!

On this site you will find healthy recipes that your whole family will enjoy! There is no need to make 3 different meals every night just because the kids don't like your diet food! I have also put together a 14 day challenge where I have provided meals, snack recipes, and a grocery lists to help you get started to a healthier happier you! 

I do not consider myself a great writer, so you will not find a lot of words to scroll through, just yummy food and hopefully some tips to help you on your journey.
